PERSONAL GROWTH COACHING

mom or dad, sometimes we get trapped in negative patterns of thought and behavior that keep us from becoming who we REALLY are in this life. CAREER COACHING

expert, you can benefit from coaching conversations to identify what is
holding you back, create an updated self-assessment, explore career

EXECUTIVE COACHING
Executive coaching is a professional relationship between a coach and a
client (or team) with the outcome to increase leadership and
management performance. At times this may mean developing greater
leadership skills and emotional intelligence, improving interpersonal
practices, gaining additional resilience, and/or managing workload and
stress.

GRANT COACHING
Grant coaching increases your organization’s chance of receiving an
award and provides guidance and assistance during the search and
assessment of relevant grants, preparation of requested information,
writing assistance and a critical review of the grant proposal (in
comparison with the grantee’s guidelines) prior to submission.
